Start your recruit interview with FORM if you do not know the person.

      Ask questions about Family, Occupation, Recreation (free time and finally you can now give your Message.

 

Conversation questions to ask...

       Sue, what is it that draws you to Tupperware?

       o   If you were to get started with Tupperware     that do you think your expectations would be?

       o  What would you want from your business for

            you and your family?

       o  Who would be the first 10 people you would share your Tupperware business with?  Out of those 10 people, who will be your first 5 to host a party with you?

       o  What one or two nights a week can you do your parties?

       o  What will you do with the money?

       o  Let's not waste any time!  Let's get you started  Right Away!

 

Ø      Make sure you answer some basic questions...How much money can I make? How much time will it take?  How do I get started?  When can I start?

 

Ø      Close the deal!!!!!!!!  Overcome objections too!

o       Assumptive close:  Let’s go ahead and order your kit and set your Grand Opening date

o       Choice close:  Which kit are we ordering?
