Having a PARTY is as Easy as 1...2...3

 THEMES and RECIPES!!!

STEP 1:  DATE/PLAN/PREPARE THE PARTY...Decade of the Party!
DATE

It's not a party until you get a date!

PLAN

Party Planning Packets

GO THROUGH EVERY DETAIL WITH EVERY HOSTESS IN PERSON!!!

Give her a party packet (use Tupperware party planning envelopes or a cute gift bag!)  Include the following items:

  1. 1.  3 catalogs

    2.  3 sales flyers

    3.  Host Letter

    5.  40 guests in 4 minutes

    6.  Any other sales going on RIGHT NOW!
PREPARE
Review the current host gift sheet with your host (found on the www.my.tupperware.com site under current promotions.  Have her select the Host gift she is working for.  Show her what she will need in sales & datings to earn her gift!

SEE CURRENT MONTH FOR OTHER INVITATION OPTIONS

Invitations

Send out invites 10 - 14 days before the party.  You can use any of the following:

1.  www.EVITE.com

2.  www.PHONEVITE.com

3.  Postcard

4.  Winning Ticket Invitation

Host Coaching Checklist

Your host needs to be prepared and coached to have a TERRIFIC Tupperware party.  As the consultant it is your ultimate job to see that she gets a lot of free tupperware, has fun, and that her guests enjoy themselves as well.

Use the  HOST COACHING CHECKLIST  to ensure that you are contacting your host regularly and asking how things are coming along.

The biggest reason you don't have a good party is failure to plan and coach your host!  :)

Professionalism

1.  Arrive at least 30 minutes before the party is scheduled to begin.

2.  Dress for success.  This means no jeans or shorts.

3.  Leave your cell phone in the car.  You want to give your host and guests your undivided attention.

4.  Do not eat/drink.  Refreshments are for the guests!

What to bring

1.  Tupperware!  Don't go overboard.  I suggest the following:

- Small Business Kit

- Sales Items

If you bring too many items you will overwhelm your guests.  Also, you want to make your job look easy!

2.  Folders.  I suggest putting the following in each folder:

 - Catalog

 - Sales Flyer

 - Kit Picture

 - Additional Sales Sheet

 - Product Charts/Tables (ie.  Modular Mate uses, FridgeSmart Chart, etc.)

3.  Calculator

4.  Pens

5.  Your DATEBOOK!  BONUS DAY CALENDAR (check the current month)

6.  Party Planning Packets for parties that you date.

 STEP 3:  CLOSE THE PARTY

Parties need to be closed within 48 - 72 hours of when they were held.  HOWEVER, if it was held on the 2nd Friday or LAST Friday of the month they need to be closed by midnight that night.
