Tupperware's Replacement Program

Tupperware has a lifetime guarantee on most of their products.  We will replace all defective products.  If Tupperware no longer makes it the customer gets credit toward a new product of their choice.

Every piece of Tupperware has a very small number on it.  That is called a MOLD NUMBER.  Once you find the MOLD NUMBER you can look it up IN THIS CATALOG. 

1.  If the part can be replaced there will a number listed.  That is the ITEM NUMBER that you order.  You must select option 9 - warranty to replace the product for free.  You must have the damaged product and turn it in to me.

2.  If the part cannot be placed it will say OBS.  This means the part is Obsolete and is no longer made for replacement.  There will be sales credit listed next to the item.  In order to redeem the sales credit you my use the mold number as the item number when ordering.  You must also select option 10 - obsolete.  You must once again have the damaged product and turn it in to me.
